Fred Ottman was born August 10th 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia.  Tugboat is a former wrestle best known as Tugboat, Typhoon and Shockmaster with the WWF annd the WCW.  Also he is a 1 time WWF Tag Team Champion with Earthquake as The Natural Disasters.

Tugboat came to the WWF in 1989 and feuded with Earthquake, Dino Bravo, Hulk Hogan, Money Inc., Million-Dollar Man Ted DiBiase and Irwin R. Schyster till switching over to the WCW.

Shockmaster came to the WCW and feuded with Sycho Sid and Harlem Heat till moving back to the WWF.

Typhoon came back to the WWF in 1994, but retired not much after.
